 Services & Rates

Initial Visit

$140-155 per 50 minutes

Your initial visit will include:

An in-depth consultation, we will ask questions about your physical condition, medical history, and stress levels.  We want to get to know all about your needs, pain patterns and really know how we can support you in your goals.   We want to honor your individual needs, and have the time to get to know you.  Trust us it’ll help you relax more if we have a conversation first.

Massage – from the consultation we will assess and customize your massage to meet your needs and concerns.  We are very thorough, so 50 minutes is good for one area and 80 minutes is generally good for two.  You’ll be able to select the areas you want to focus on or you may decide just to relax with a whole body massage.  It’s your massage after all.

Game Plan - After your massage we’ll discuss your massage likes/dislikes, and schedule your next appointment to help you achieve your specific goals and make them last!

All new clients must book an initial visit, even if you don’t have a specific problem area.  You are considered a new client if you haven't received bodywork here or haven't had an appointment in the past 12 months.

50 and 80 minute Initial Visits available.  50 minutes $140-$155 and 80 minutes $195-$215 depending on therapist level.

Insurance will not pay for Wellness massage as it is not medically necessary.

Structural Relief Therapy (SRT) - Kristi & Stasha are Certified SRT Therapists     "It's Like Magic, The Pain Is Gone"  SRT is a non-invasive, advanced massage technique that stops involuntary muscle contraction, instantly increases range of motion, and dramatically decreases pain in the first treatment.  SRT releases involuntary muscle contraction by reprogramming the jammed neurological signals of the muscles to and from the brain.  SRT incorporates the principles of Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and fascia release.

Deep Tissue relieves tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body and strengthens sore muscles in problem areas while blending Swedish strokes to connect your body. This type of massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

Swedish is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Intraoral  massage is the manipulation or pressure of soft tissue inside the mouth for therapeutic purposes.  This technique can be helpful in addressing TMJ disorder, headaches, whiplash, and other musculo-skeletal problems (improving bite and chewing problems).  Washington State Intraoral Endorsement received 2011.

Oncology (Cancer) is designed specific to the needs of people who are dealing with cancer and/or its treatments. The main focus is to enhance healing while “doing no harm to people whose bodies are: dealing with lowered immune systems, at risk for developing lymphedema, stressed by radiation, chemotherapy treatment(s) or recovering from surgery.

Geriatric Massage  is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.

Sessions that are 60, 90 or 120 minutes may be full body or may focus on a particular section (ie upper body: back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, scalp, face & ears).  This treatment also includes aromatherapy in the face cradle, a refreshing eye pillow, steamed towels (as time allows), and water/beverage.

Indian Head Massage With Kristi

$155 per 60 minutes

Indian Head Massage is the ideal treatment for helping de-stress yourself.  This non-invasive treatment is given fully clothed so it eliminates some of the stresses faced by the first time client.  It is also done on a massage table so you can fully relax and enjoy.  This technique is known for relieving the symptoms of stress and tension.  It focuses on upper back, shoulders, upper arms and neck.   It also includes the face, ears, and scalp which can create tension headaches, eye strain, insomnia, and poor concentration.

Treatments include a warm oil application (but you may opt out).  The oil is applied to the roots of the hair follicles near the end of the massage.  Oil may soften the skin of the scalp, promote hair growth, slow down hair loss and create vibrant, shiny hair.  If you choose the oil application, you will be able to pick the type of oil...coconut, amla, or a combination of both.  It is best to leave the oil in overnight (with a towel on your pillow to minimize staining).  Note: no shower facility in clinic...so you will leave with "wet looking" hair until you get home.
